Fireworks will only be sold in accordance with the rules and regulations laid down by the Explosives Act, 1884, the Explosive Rules, 2008, and all relevant guidelines issued by the Petroleum and Explosives Safety Organisation (PESO) and local authorities.

Customers must be at least 18 years of age to purchase fireworks.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders if we suspect illegal resale or misuse.

2. Licensing

Sale and purchase of fireworks are subject to applicable licenses.

Buyers must ensure that their area permits the possession and use of fireworks as per local/state laws. We are not responsible for any violations of local laws by the buyer.

3. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to: regulatory restrictions, delivery limitations, or suspected misuse.

Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

4. Delivery & Shipping

Fireworks are delivered only in areas where permitted by law.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on legal restrictions, transportation rules, and safety protocols.

A valid government-issued ID may be required at the time of delivery.

5. Safety Instructions

Fireworks must be used strictly in accordance with the safety instructions provided on the packaging.

We are not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from improper handling or misuse.

Keep fireworks away from children, pets, and flammable materials.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the hazardous nature of fireworks, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered.

Refunds are only processed if the product is damaged during transit or if the order is canceled by us before dispatch.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.
