We provide refunds under the following conditions:

1. Customers must record a full video of the product delivery at the time of receiving the parcel from the transport service.

2. A refund is applicable only if the parcel is damaged (50% or more) or if the packing box is found to be wet due to rain or water exposure.

3. Customers must provide valid video and photographic proof of the damaged product immediately upon receipt.

4. Refund claims without proper proof will not be entertained under any circumstances.

5. At Kalki Crackers, we ensure safe and secure packing, which is why refund cases are extremely rare.
